Viewing venture tickets

Log into cogohelp.com:

Click the hamburger in the top left and in the menu that opens choose “Tickets”:

Change “Tickets Created by” from Me to either All or one of the ventures (Departments is what our help platform calls them):

This will then show you all tickets for that department (or all), change “All Tickets” to “Open or Pending” to see the smaller list:

Here you can see each of the individual tickets that were spawned from the automation; click into any of them to see the detail. Note that “New Company Onboarding” is a parent ticket that spawned the others:

In the case of Lender Marketplace, you can see the comment history at the bottom and can comment on it yourself:
